An informal cafe restaurant in Doorn in the province of Utrecht. There is a nearby forest a few meters away from the restaurant. We visited this place at noon after a walk in the forest with our doggie. The forest is known as Kaapse Bossen Doorn. I think this is a favourite place for lunches, birthday reception and mostly for a nice cold drink and sandwich at the open terrace. Food is simple yet good quality. Don’t be surprise expecting a chalet because this is not a holiday chalet houses.
Pros: Light food, quality ingredients, nice place to chill out after letting the dog out, terrace.
Cons: Not in Amsterdam 🙂 Located in the Province of Utrecht. About 40 mins drive from Amsterdam.
